Time of Day Top

Overview: 1 person who writes the time in the race that each racer leaves the starting gate. The intent of this position is to create a record that could be used to sort times if there is an issue with the timing system and racers times are not properly assigned. Time is kept on a stopwatch, provided by the race department. This is a good position for skiers since it is at the top of the course. This can also be done without experience in ski racing.

  • Coordinate with the Race Director.
